Two items of interest regarding eGovernment in Utah. First, Utah has earned seventh place in the Center for Digital Government Sustained Leadership Award. This measures eGovernment performance over the last 5 years.

Second, Utah's enterprise IT planning process is the feature of a story in Governing Magazine. Ellen and I talked quite a few times about this story and I think she got it mostly right.
